Fundraising Coordinator (Ads & Good Luck Lines)

Michigan Mystics AAU Club has several fundraising opportunities
available.
We host several tournaments throughout the season to make these fundraising
opportunities available.
Workers are paid $5/game to work admissions,
and the score table (clock & book). This money can be donated back
to the team. You must sign up through Mike Smith,
or Dave Davis for these times.
Concession stands can be sponsored at
the gym sites during the tournaments hosted. Team managers and coaches
should contact Mike Smith or Dave Davis if they want to run a concession
stand.

At these
tournaments we provide programs with the game schedules and team
rosters. Because there are programs the following are available:
AD SPACE in the
programs can be sold with 75-95% of the Ad profit going back to the
sponsoring team. Due to Team Manager/Coach at a date to be determined.
PLEASE consult the AD
LIST. These businesses have a relationship with a Mystic Family
Member already! Please do NOT address the businesses on the list unless you
are the initial contact from last year.
Good Luck Lines
can also be sold to friends and family members at $5 a line. 100% of
this money goes back to the team account. Due to your Team
manager/coach prior to Jan 14th.

Raffle tickets - raffle will be held during the February Mystic
tournament. Be sure to return the small name stub with the money to
your team manager/coach. Raffle tickets can be sold until Feb XX, 2007.
A team manager must get them to Mike, Dave Davis, Dave Roach or J.R. Davidson
by February XX.

Bag or
Tear-away sponsors - Sponsors names can be silkscreened on bags or tear-away. Bags are $45
each, Tear-aways $30 each. Tearaways can be purchased
on your own or through Tomlinson Design.
